In your opinion, do you like birthday parties that are small or big?

HostRocket My sweet 16 is coming up and I’m either planning: Big party (Hotel Lounge/One night): Buffet, Karaoke (maybe), TV (movies), etc. It’ll be formal, but nothing fancy. About 20-30 people.
