@Brian you are wrong. The national anthem was made in 1814 and didnt become the official national anthem till 1931

It’s nothing to do with progressives. It’s because singing the whole thing every time would take forever.

Interesting. I’ve never seen the whole version before.
But I won’t blame liberals for it. The whole version would be entirely too long as an anthem, so I’m fine with it as it is. But I am going to save this version for my records.
Besides, who would want to stand for that before every baseball game?
I prefer the term democrats. The democratic party is made up of many splinter groups, and the progressives are just one in the many. By me using the term democrats, and addressing each and every immoral and fantasy that is found in the democratic party, then just maybe it will clue some democrats into just what that party really is.
As far as the democrats changing it, it may have to do something with the name of God. The democrats also disgrace the song when they distort the tune with their ethnic jive.

The mention of God wasn’t in the original national athem. Nor was in God we trust on the dollar until the mid 1900′s. The only ones trying to change anything, for their own ulterior motives are Conservatives.
